At West Indian Duchess, we take pride in delivering each copy of the Amma’s Divinity book series with care and attention. Every order is packaged securely to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

 

All Sales Are Final

All purchases of Amma’s Divinity books made directly from our official website are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of books and the difficulty of reselling returned items.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

• Please contact us at info@westindianduchess.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.

• Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement copy to be shipped promptly.

 

Lost Shipments

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.

 

No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse
